SNOWSHOES AVAILABLE: Check out our selection of snowshoes for children and adults.  We have eight different sizes to borrow according to size and weight.  These snowshoes are perfect for general recreational use.  Available for 1-week loan to Kimball patrons.

Stop by and check them out.  If you wish you may also reserve a pair through our catalog here. First come, first served. They cannot be held for more than 3 business days.

GIZMO’S PAWSOME GUIDE TO MENTAL HEALTH: Gizmo’s Pawsome Guide to Mental Health© takes an upstream approach to support the mental health and wellness of youth through Gizmo’s friendly messaging by:

• Introducing the concept of mental health

• Sharing how one may care for their own mental health daily

• Identifying when one’s mental health needs attention and how to use healthy coping strategies

• Defining trusted adults and how to connect with them

• Making a personalized mental health plan that can be used daily

The Guide also includes fun activities and resources trusted adults can use to help the youth in their lives.

This special event is planned for Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 3:30 PM. Registration is required for ages 7-11 and parents must attend with their child. This unique opportunity is presented by SoRock.

SoRock is currently working with the American Society for Suicide Prevention to bring Gizmo's Pawsome Guide to Mental Health, a mental health literacy program for ages 7-10 to our communities.  They are starting with a read along at local libraries. Take advantage of this amazing opportunity. 

HOLIDAY HOURS: We will be closed December 24-26 and December 31-January 2. Please plan accordingly.
