On Friday, September 27th join us for a 45-minute floor stretch class. Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat as we will get down on the floor to learn some fantastic stretches that you can then do at home.

On Friday, October 5th join us for a learn about massage tools class. Bring your hand-held massage tool and come learn about how various deep tissue massage guns and muscle massagers work. There will be a couple massage tools on hand as to try out.

About the Instructor: Elizabeth Gallien is a Licensed Massage Therapist who introduces and demonstrates ways to relieve neck, shoulders and back pain with stretching. Elizabeth states it is her professional mission to provide relief for adults with neck, shoulders, and back pain.
