acquired a summer concert brochure? Stop
by and pick one up so you will be sure not to miss even one of the many
fabulous groups that will be performing in our beautiful courtyard.
3D PRINTING: Toys In Box associates will give a short
presentation about 3D printing. The participants will learn how a 3D printer
works and then use Makerbot 3D printers to make a cute, small 3D object in
multiple colors to take home for themselves. They will bring in at least 7
Makerbot Replicator2 3D printers to ensure everyone registered will get a
chance to 3D print.
To
accommodate as many youth as possible, we have to separate age groupings for
this event on Tuesday, June 25th.
Youth ages 8-10 workshop time is from 6:00-7:00 PM, and t/weens ages 11
& up workshop is 7:00-8:00 PM. Please note that since these workshops are
back to back and developmentally split, you should be prompt to assure that
class time is productive for the youth and the instructors. Thank you in advance for your
cooperation.
Preregistration
for this event is limited to Kimball Library cardholders until 3 days
beforehand.

60’S INVASION: The 60s Invasion band is coming on June 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Join us for a fun and entertaining evening of music from the 1960s: The Beatles, Frankie Valley, The Temptations & more! This band is sure to entertain all ages.
The group has performed throughout New England, including playing shows on the Mt. Washington Cruise Ship on Lake Winnipesaukee and for the Lowell Spinners Red Sox minor league baseball team. The Sixties Invasion band includes Jack Little: Bass, Artie Shannon: Drums, Rich Ranalli: Guitar & Vocals, Jake Smith: Guitar, and the incomparable, Gino DiMao on vocals. The Musical Director is international touring artist, Professor David Vose.
Bring your blanket, picnic dinner, sunglasses, and lawn chair (we do have limited seating). We encourage concert goers to sit in front to have a full concert experience! The concert is sponsored by the Friends of the Kimball Library.
In the event of inclement weather, this concert will be cancelled so please check our website for updated concert info. Parking is limited, so do please consider carpooling.
