A native of London, England, Williams traveled extensively across Europe before moving to New Hampshire with her family in the late 1980s. She is a writer and speaker for the National Celiac Association in Boston. Williams also regularly presents her recipes on WMUR’s Cook’s Corner. She attended summer school at the University of Vilnius in Lithuania (sponsored by the Zylonis Foundation/Charles Zylonis Trust).
