Kimball Library News 12/23/19

Guess what’s coming to town for the 10th consecutive year at Kimball Library?  The JACK FROST JAMBOREE!

10TH ANNUAL JACK FROST JAMBOREE: We have lots of fun events planned!  Join us for some snappy winter fun on Saturday, January 25th, between 10:30 and 2:30. Think ‘winter carnival’ with a twist.  The public is welcome and registration is not required.  Come for some or all of the time.  Take note of the list below to see what wintery adventures we have planned for everyone.

**We will have a miniature golf course throughout the stacks.
**We have professional face painters between the hours of 11:00 and 2:00.
**There will be an opportunity for crafts for kids.
**We have a myriad of games (the more you play, the more prizes you win!)  Any age can play and everyone wins every time they play!
**Refreshments are available – hot dogs, hot chocolate, and popcorn.
**Snowshoeing (weather permitting)
**Roasting marshmallows (weather permitting)

This is a FREE event sponsored by the generous and awesome Friends of the Library.  PS. Cross fingers for SNOW—enough for snowshoeing, but not so much we have to reschedule. 😉
