Do you like to sew or want to learn? Join this super friendly and welcoming group who like to do all sorts of sewing including crafts, garments and home decorations. With sewing machines in hand, we gather together on Wednesdays at 12:30 and talk about sewing projects, techniques, fabric and more all while stitching away. Don’t have a project that you are currently working on? No problem, we have a couple projects to get you started. It is a great time to share ideas, swap fabric, learn some new techniques and stay inspired. The group is for all levels and meets on Wednesdays from 12:30-3:30. *Please bring your sewing machine and project. If you do not have sewing machine please indicate when registering as we may have an extra one you can use when we meet.

SATURDAY STEAM: Join us for an easy-going STEAM program for kids grades K-3. Please note that we are changing our meeting time going forward to 1:00 PM. In September we meet on the 9th.
We meet on the second Saturday of each month and work on a project using common items and have some fun challenges using whatever we have created for the day.
This month is: APPLE SCIENCE
Apples aren't just for eating or picking. You can learn a lot from them. Learn about oxidation by trying to preserve an apple. Then we'll see if we can guess the names of the apple based on how it tastes.
