Kimball Library News 11/16/10

Perhaps you think that we sell books, DVDs, and audio books at our sale semi-annually that coincides with the town-wide yard sale. You’d be correct. But did you also know that we sell books all year long? Please take time to visit our shelves near the paperbacks and biographies that are designated for sale items. We also have gently used children’s books and movies in the Children’s Room. Stop in anytime we’re open and see. Additions are made on a weekly basis so make sure you look each time you’re in.

Did you know? We have cool library links on our website featuring the library calendar of events, NH Downloadable Books (including audio and e-books), Medline Plus (health information), museum passes (Currier Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Museum of Science, New England Aquarium, Peabody Essex Museum, Seacoast Science Center, Imagine That!, and Zoo New England), lists of new books in all categories, the NH Union Public Access Catalog (see what the rest of NH has to offer), and a link that gives you the ability to renew materials online at the touch of a button? These links give you the freedom to accomplish much in the privacy of your home and at your convenience. Do take time to explore the links and the entire webpage (www.kimballlibrary.com) to keep up with what’s happening at Kimball Library.
